From the Chivas ‘Secret Speyside’ collection comes this Glen Keith 25 Year Old. It’s nicely mellow, with prominent oaky notes thanks to a quarter of a century spent in first-fill American Oak barrels. Expect jam and vanilla custard toward the back end of the palate.
