The first bouquet is of strong intensity, highly expressive. Very complex it reveals an intense aromatic profile of fresh fruits, apricot and honey, mingling with lime, peach, coconut and vanilla. The woody nose also offers notes of toasted bread. The second bouquet, even more delicate, fully expresses itself through floral notes such as lemon tree flowers and acacia. The wine is round, full-bodied and complex and having been vinified in barrels, it subtly reveals mineral and woody notes as well as toasted bread notes combining harmoniously with fruity and floral aromas. This wine is unctuous and fresh on the palate where minerality dominates, leading to a pleasing finish.
