Inspired by the sun-drenched citrus groves of Spain, this handcrafted gin is infused with Iberian pink grapefruits.

Whilst this gin's predominant flavour is obviously Pink Grapefruit (featured alongside Juniper Berries, it is still gin!) there is also a mix of other botanicals, which give subtle botanical note. These are Coriander Seed, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Sweet Orange, Lemon Peel, Lime Flowers, Balm Herb, Cloves and Chamomile

This has a particular sweetened citrus note, which only really comes from the Pink Grapefruit. There follows a delicious citrus grapefruit burst after this though. A really refreshing, and zingy gin.
