Star of Bombay is the super premium expression from the House of Bombay. A refined London Dry gin, slowly distilled for a smooth and rich taste. The addition of Bergamot from Calabria and Ambrette Seeds from Ecuador add rich citrus and floral notes to this exceptional gin and make it the perfect gin to compliment the classic Martini cocktail. Pour 50ml of Star of Bombay and 15ml of dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir well, strain into a chilled Martini glass and serve with a twist of lemon.
